The PSOL feminist bench in the São Paulo City Council went to the State Public Prosecution Service against the fact that a flag of the were raised in a Bolsonarist demonstration on Paulista Avenue on Brazil’s Independence Day.
The same flag would have been used in the game in the night before the demonstration.
According to the psoalists, the making of the flag was a contractual obligation of the municipality, and being made with money from the treasury, integrates the public assets.
In the news of fact filed with the Public Prosecution Service, the bench asks that an investigation be instituted to ascertain whether, in fact, it is the same object and, from this, to investigate whether the nunes management agents delivered, allowed or ceased to act in the use of a public good.
