Three days after filing a request from the Supreme Court Sports Justice (STJD) to obtain the suspensive effect to announce him on Saturday (13) that the player is released to defend the red-black shirt. The striker had been punished this week with the suspension of 12 games plus $ 60,000 for handling in duel with Santos in 2023.

The decision of the 1st Disciplinary Commission considered the attacker guilty, but the auditors made caveats regarding the initial complaint over the eight hours of judgment. The penalty could reach two years away from football, in addition to 24 suspension matches and a fine of up to $ 200,000.
Although the player was released to be on the field, the note issued by Flamengo is not clear about the fine. According to the carioca club, the measure “guarantees the full condition of the striker’s game until the trial of the case by the Full Court.” The 12 suspension matches would be fulfilled only in the Brazilian Championship, since FIFA and Conmebol have not yet reported whether they will accept the STJD decision.
