A man keeps his wife, a child and a doctor hostage inside a Santa Helena hospital office in Mauá, Greater Sao Paulo, on Saturday night (13).
The Military Police were called around 7:20 pm and vehicles are on site. Expert agents negotiate with man to try to release victims.
