This cake is simply delicious, light and quick to make – hence the nice name Pleasure.
Cake ingredients:
- 200 g carrots,
- 50 g of raisins,
- The skin is rubbed with ½ orange,
- 3 eggs,
- 125 g of can sugar sugar,
- 175 g of oil,
- 175 g of wheat flour,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1 teaspoon of soda,
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg.
Couaring ingredients:
- 125 g serca type philadelphia,
- 20 g of soft butter,
- 60 g of powdered sugar,
- 3 tablespoons of orange juice,
- The skin is rubbed with ½ orange.
Soak the raisins in hot water. Screw the orange and rub the skin from it. Peel the carrots and grate the grater on small meshes.
Mix eggs with sugar (only to combine ingredients). Pour the oil into the mass without interrupting mixing.
Add carrots to the mass, strained raisins and about half of the orange peel. Mix with a spoon or spatula.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda. After adding each batch, mix briefly with a spoon. Well, mix cinnamon and nutmeg.
Liberate and sprinkle with breadcrumbs with a 24 × 24 cm breadcrumbs. Pour the dough into it and level it. Bake for 35-40 minutes (to a dry stick) in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.
Squeeze the orange juice. Blend the cheese with butter and powdered sugar. Mix with orange juice and the rest of the orange peel. Spread the topping on the cooled dough. Set aside in the fridge for a few hours.
