In some districts of Slovakia, alerts from tidal floods and floods from permanent rains pay on Sunday. The Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute (SHMI) has therefore issued first -level warning.
The warning applies to the districts of Senica, Myjava, Pezinok, Nové Mesto nad Váhom, Trenčín, Ilava, Žilina, Martin, Turčianske Teplice, Ružomberok, Liptovský Mikuláš, Zlaté Moravce, Partizánske, Bánovce nad Bebravou, Prievidza, Žiar nad Hronom, Zvolen, Detva. Poltár, Rimavská Sobota, Revúca, Rožňava, Poprad, Spišská Nová Ves, Gelnica, Košice-okolie, Snina and Sobrance. Meteorologists released it by Monday (15 September) in the morning.
At the same time, SHMI issued a first -level warning for almost all of Slovakia before intensive rain until 5 pmor until 20.00 or midnight.
