Ukrainian drones hit Saturday night one of Russia’s largest oil refineries, causing a fire, according to Ukrainian Russian and military authorities. The attack on the Kirishi Refinery in the Leningrad region, northwestern Russia, occurs after weeks of Ukrainian attacks on Russian oil infrastructure, which Kiev claims to feed Moscow’s war effort.
