The FDI (Israel Defense Forces) again invaded Syria on Sunday (14.Set.2025). The terrestrial operation was carried out in Deraa province. Soldiers also searched the cities of Saysoun and Jamlah.

According to information from Al Jazerathe Israeli army denied that it has invaded civil homes. He said the target was an abandoned command post in which weapons would have been found, including explosives, mines, mortars and portable missiles.

The Syrian government said the attacks are a violation of the sovereignty of the Syrian Arab Republic. The country claims to have conversations with Israel to restore the 1974 agreement – which established a demilitarized zone throughout the Golhan hills since the 6 -day war in 1967.

Israel and Syria established a ceasefire on July 19. The agreement was after Tel Aviv made air strikes against Damascus to defend the Drusan minority.
