The focus is cabos, that are cut or stolen. The idea of criminals is to extract raw materials, such as copper.
Pedro Faria Espera Punishes Heavier: “It takes a more effective criminal frame, one has to study this problem, it has to be able to solve with additional safety measures in the equipment itself or in the surveillance cameras that normally exist in these stations.”
Associations fear that potential buyers move away from the tram, because they do not have a loading posts on the public road.
