More than 100 mining cities are on alert of storm and hail

Minas Gerais is under Storm and hail warningaccording to information released by Inmet (National Institute of Meteorology). The yellow warning warning, which is valid for 110 mining cities, starts half a notie and runs until 10am on Tuesday (16).

The warning is for high risk of rainfall up to 50 mm/day and winds between 40 and 60 km/h. Regarding the cuts of electricity, damage in plantations and falling tree branches the risk is considered low.

The cities that can be hit are located in the South, Southwest and Zona da Mata Mineira.

For this Monday (15), the day will be from clear to partially cloudy in the capital of Minas Gerais. The expected minimum temperature is 14 ° C and the maximum of 29 ° C with relative humidity of the minimum air around 40%in the afternoon.

Inmet also released guidelines in case of storms and hail fall.
