Acrean Marcos Adriano Araújo Praxedes, 25, born in Rio Branco, has been standing out in table tennis while attending medicine at Priviva Cosmos Technical University (Unitepc), in Cobija in Bolivia.
Marcos began his sports career by beating the table tennis tournament at Cobija headquarters, where he represented his institution with claw and dedication. The result led him to compete in the national championship in Santa Cruz de la Sierra one of the largest cities in the country on 12/09/25. With a lot of commitment and talent, he became a table tennis champion, bearing the name of Unitepc Headquarters Cobija and his hometown to the top of the podium.
More than a personal achievement, Marcos Adriano’s victory represents the recognition of the effort of a young student who divides his routine between the challenges of medical education and the passion for sport.
Its feat is proud of the academic community, acrean countrymen and all who believe in the power of sport as a tool for overcoming and prominent.
”Since I was a young age, I am in love with table tennis. I trained a lot, I struggled my best and, even in the face of very strong competitors, I was able to show my talent. In addition to living an amazing experience and making great friends, I had the joy of winning the title and taking the trophy to Cobija. My thanks to all who believed in me and especially my college for all the trophy.”
