When I served this dough on my husband’s name day, most people took the addition. It does not surprise me at all, because the foamed polystyrene is extremely delicate, and its subtle taste fits perfectly with coffee and tea. I love this combination of honey, cream, cream cheese and the taste of pineapple.
- 3 tablespoons of honey,
- 460 g of wheat flour,
- 15 g cukru,
- 150 g of margarine,
- 1 egg,
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream,
- 2 flat teaspoons of baking soda,
- 1 flat teaspoon of ammonia,
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
Time:
- 500 g cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia),
- 80 g of powdered sugar,
- 200 ml of pineapple juice,
- 200 g cream 36%.
Melt honey and margarine in a saucepan, set aside to cool. Pour flour, sugar, soda and ammonia into a bowl. Add egg, cream and a cooled mixture of honey and margarine. Knead shortcake, divide it into 2 equal parts. Roll out each piece into a rectangular cake, sprinkle one of them with brown sugar and bake separately at 190 ° C for about 20 minutes. Cool.
Whip the cream 36% to a stiff foam. Mix the cream cheese with powdered sugar and pineapple juice. Gently combine the cheese mass with whipped cream.
Put a whole cheese -cream mass on the first table top. Cover with the second top of the dough with brown sugar and lightly press. Put in the fridge for a few hours so that the mass concentrates and the dough softens.
