The former Delegate General of De, Ruy Ferraz Fontes, was executed by criminals in Praia Grande, early Monday night (15/9).
According to preliminary information, criminals landed from a car and fired several shots at the delegate’s vehicle.
Ruy Ferraz Fontes was the first delegate to investigate the performance of the state’s first command () in the state, while heading the State Department of Criminal Investigation Department (Deic) bank in the early 2000s.
Later, he became a general delegate of the São Paulo Civil Police. He was recently commanding the Praia Grande Secretariat of Administration.
