An independent UN inquiry first concluded that Israel committed a genocide against Palestinians in Gaza and that the country’s main leaders incited genocide, in which he described “the most forceful discovery of the UN so far.”
In a report of 72 newly released Pages, the Commission, created by the UN Human Rights Council, concluded that Israel “has committed four genocidal acts” at the enclave since October 7, 2023, when Hamas performed deadly attacks against Israel and Israel launched its military campaign.
These acts include the murder of Palestinians in Gaza, causing “serious physical and mental damage”, “deliberately imposing the calculated living conditions to cause their physical, total or partial destruction”, and “imposing measures to prevent births within the group,” according to the report.
The Israeli government claims to be leading to self -defense and in accordance with international law, firmly denying the accusations of genocide.
“Israel categorically rejects the distorted and false report and calls for the immediate abolition of the Inquiry Commission,” said the country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday (16), local time.
The commission described the inquiry as a “report that is entirely based on” and accused the perpetrators of being representatives of the militant group “whose horrible statements about the Jews were condemned around the world.”
