Harataniec is a dessert that consists of interesting and expressive layers. The basis is moist cocoa brownieenriched with a delicate note of soluble coffee. There is a chocolate bottom Creamy layer, prepared from butter and coffee liqueur. The whole is crowned with shiny chocolate toppingwhich makes the dough take on an elegant and very appetizing look. Harataniec combines various flavors and textures – a soft bottom, a velvety agent with liqueur and a smooth coating. Every bite is a feast for the palate, especially for cocoa and coffee lovers. It is a dessert that will be perfect for both daily dessert and for special occasions.

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 200 g cukru,
  • 100 g of wheat flour,
  • 80 g of butter,
  • 90 g of cocoa powder,
  • 2 eggs in size L or XL,
  • 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil,
  • a teaspoon of vanilla extract,
  • 3/4 teaspoon of soluble coffee,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Liqueur layer:

  • 400 g of powdered sugar,
  • 50 g of butter,
  • 3 tablespoons of coffee liqueur.

Chocolate coating:

  • 200 g semi -habitat chocolate,
  • 3 tablespoons of coffee liqueur,
  • 2 tablespoons of cream 36%,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of soluble coffee.

Method of performance:

Prepare the cake. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Set aside Melt the butter in a saucepan and remove from heat. Add cocoa, oil and soluble coffee. Mix and set aside for 4-5 minutes. Then add sugar and eggs, stirring constantly. Gradually add flour and vanilla, parts. Mix until completely connected.

Put the baking mold with dimensions of 20×20 cm with baking paper and spread the dough evenly in it. Put the whole in a stove preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Remove and cool.

Prepare a liqueur layer. Grate sugar with soft butter with an electric mixer. Add a liqueur and beat until the whole is smooth. Put the mass in the fridge for about an hour. After this time, spread it on the already cooled dough.

Prepare a chocolate coating. Place crushed chocolate, liqueur, cream and coffee in an ovenproof dish. Heat the whole in the microwave for about a minute and then mix. If the ingredients did not combine well, heat the whole for another 30-45 minutes. Remove and mix. Leave the topping to cool for about 5 minutes, then spread it on top of the dough.

Harataniec put in the fridge for about 1-2 hoursuntil the topping freezes. Cut into pieces and serve cold.
