List of ingredients:

  • red lentils (one glass),
  • cold water (two glasses),
  • two cloves of garlic,
  • two tablespoons of tomato concentrate,
  • dried tomatoes in the lagoon (about 10 pieces),
  • two teaspoons of oil (the one of the dried tomatoes will be the best),
  • a pinch of chilli petals,
  • a pinch of smoked pepper,
  • several fresh basil leaves,
  • Sun.

Rinse the lentilspour it with water and cook on very low heat under cover until the grains absorb with all water. Download the lid for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Set the cooked, mushy lentils to cool.
