Until recently, very few young people in Nepal knew who was Sushila Karki. But within a few hours, the former judge mutated from the no-name to the icon of a gene Z movement, which the small country in the Himalayas suddenly plunged into chaos. On Monday last week, thousands of young people protested peacefully against corruption and nepotism. But the situation escalated, the police shot on demonstrators, mobs prevailed in many places. What exactly happened has not been clarified to this day. In the end there are over 70 deaths. Several buildings that symbolize the state or generally luxury were burned down.
