Brutto This is a simple Italian dish, similar to a Polish omelette. You can add various additives, spinach, chopped peppers, dried tomatoes, ham, cheese, as well as in the case of our proposal, mushrooms. For the dish to come out perfectly, the mass should also be well aerated. Frittata is fried for a long time. Such a meal will certainly taste the whole family.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 300 g mushrooms,
- 6 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of cream (36 %),
- 20 g of Parmesan cheese,
- a handful of fresh thyme,
- a pinch of nutmeg,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- clarified butter (for frying).
Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat a tablespoon of clarified butter in a frying pan. Fry mushrooms on it. When it evaporates excess water from them and begins to blush, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Grate Parmesan cheese on small grater mesh. Finely chop most of the thyme (put the rest for decoration).
Combine eggs and cream in a bowl. Add about ¼ teaspoon of salt. Bress the egg with a kitchen rod or mixer. Stir into the mass of slightly cooled mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and thyme. Add some pepper.
Add some butter, melt and pour egg mass into the pan into the pan. Heat on a slow fire until the bottom of the frittata is completely cut. Helping yourself a plate, turn it over to the other side. Fry for a while. Put fried frittata to a plate and decorate with thyme branches.
