Court upholds sentences of 18 and 20 years for men who killed FC Porto fan

The activists Anabela Rodrigues and Jorge Torres insulted, in the middle of the public road, the former president of the Assembly of the Republic when he was lunch with his wife in a restaurant in Lisbon.

Of the ten defendants in the case of negotiating activists of covid-19 vaccines, seven were acquitted and three sentenced to fine penalties, of which two for insulted the former President of the Assembly of the Republic, Ferro Rodrigues.

Anabela Rodrigues and Jorge Torres were convicted of injuries aggravated by 1,440 euros and 1,350 euros, respectively.

The two activists insulted in the public road the former ruler when he was lunch with his wife in a restaurant in Lisbon near the Assembly of the Republic.

A third “negationist”, Maria Luísa January was also convicted, for assaulting a PSP agent, to a seven -month chain sentence now replaced by a fine.
