Russian drones targeted Ukraine’s infrastructure at night.

Russian drones again attacked the targets across Ukraine at night on Wednesday. In the Wednesday of the Kirrajini Kirovohrad region, they disrupted electricity supplies and also hit rail infrastructure at an unspecified location. TASR reports this based on Reuters report.

“At the moment, the regional center and 44 settlements in the territorial community of Olexandrivka are partially cut off from the supply of electricity,” wrote the governor of the Kirovohrad region Andrij Rajkovych on the telegram.

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Olexij Kuleba also announced that the Russian forces also attacked the railway infrastructure. He did not inform about the attack site.

“Last night the enemy took a massive drone attack to remove the switchgear that power the railway network,” Kuleba wrote on the telegram. “Such attacks have a clear goal: disturbing passenger and freight transport, stable operation and exert additional pressure on people and the economy,” he added. According to him, the Ukrainian state railways deployed more than 20 reserve locomotives after the attack.
