Leader of the Sustainability Network, (Rede-PE) sent a letter to the Board of Directors in which he disputes what he calls the opposition maneuver by appointing, son 03, as to try to prevent.
Eduardo. The intention of the PL to indicate it as a leader is to prevent the mandate revoked by faults, according to interpretation of opposition parliamentarians.
In the letter sent to the Board of Directors of the House, Gadêlha recalls that the removal of Bolsonaro’s son 03 has already led to the Federal Court of Audit’s recommendations to determine the circumstances of his stay in the United States.
The network leader states that the Constitution and the Chamber Regiment establish the loss of mandate to the parliamentarian who fails to attend more than one third of the legislative session.
He cites the precedent used by the PL to substantiate the appointment, the case of the then deputy Mara Gabrilli, the third secretary, who argued that some deputies, due to the nature of their attributions, did not need to record presence. The Board of Directors, then, considered the absence of registration in the electronic panel, according to the craft of Gadêlha.
“The current conjuncture, however, reveals that such an interpretation can be instrumentalized to empty the regimental command, giving its application with evident bad faith and should therefore be immediately revised and restricted, to prevent it from being used as a shielding mechanism for prolonged, unauthorized or private interest,” the craft indicates.
“It is important to underline that the eventual designation of the deputy for the leadership of the minority would severe the importance of the Institute of Leadership in the House of Representatives,” he continues.
The network leader also reiterates the need for measures to declare Eduardo’s loss of mandate, while asking for the 2015 table understanding, so that “automatic justifications for the absence of party leaders and members of the Board of Directors do not remove or flexible the application of regimental devices that require presence, except for constitutional and regimentally planned predictions”.
