Do you know? We have mushrooming in our blood, but knowledge can not be replaced. Collect only what you know well. Learn to recognize the types of mushrooms. Even in their ranks are hidden mushrooms.

Finally they grow!

The summer is finally hot, but it also says goodbye. Forests begin to smell of a mixture of sinks of conifers, sunny glasses and mushrooms. Thanks to heavy rains she finally arrived.

We can process them in all sorts of ways and many do not roll nose or above. But we like to collect right -handers. Mushrooms are generally beautiful solid and nicely grown. This is also a spruce boletus, a blacksmith mushroom, a pine mushroom or a oak boletus.

Less hilarious and popular is the grandma or mushroom yellow, which is one of the drying.
Some mushrooms often have dangerous or very unpleasant two, which can spoil the whole joy of catch.

Sneaky doubles between mushrooms

What mistakes do we do most often? Very similar are the mushrooms and toadstool green, the toadstool tiger and the Masak or toadstool Růžovka. But you can surprise you with poisonous species, but they belong to groups of popular and very tasty mushrooms. For example, it is a harsh mushroom that causes nausea. Some crates are also poisonous.

Slightly less serious are confusion with mushrooms, which are not downright poisonous, but still can spoil food with an unpleasant taste.

The oak boletus and its treacherous double mushroom gallbladder, often also called mustard, deserve attention. The oak boletus is a real pearl of forest. It is very bright. The hat is colored only subtly and often passes from light brown through ocher to deep brown color, pores are yellow and there is a fine regular mesh. It grows mainly under oaks and beeches in bright deciduous forests, sometimes it also appears in gardens.

Boletus gallbladder will also introduce the Šumava sponge in this post from the youtube channel of the same name.

Mushroom oak versus mushroom gallbladder

The mushroom gallbladder, or mustard, is at first glance similar, but its hat is rather ocher, pores in adult fungi pink and mesh on the friction more pronounced. Usually they are very beautiful mushrooms that we do not like to leave in the forest. Unfortunately their taste is significantly bitter, and AI a small piece can spoil the whole food. Mustards often grow in coniferous spruce forests.

It is therefore important for mushroom pickers to be careful and look closely at every detail or color of the hat, color from below, mesh for top and habitat. If you are unsure, let the sponge stand or consult with some more experienced mushroom picker.

You can also reveal it by tasting. Just a small piece of the size of the match head is enough to reveal its undeniably unpleasant taste. Although the fungus is not tasty, tasting is safe. Board of gallbladder is not poisonous, but only inedible.
