If you are looking for a simple and fast cake for the weekendthat you will prepare literally at the last minute nutelka cake It will be the perfect choice. This is a dessert where you won’t work too much at, and the effect will delight everyone anyway.
Chocolate biscuits are the basewhich replace a traditional cake or even – known from cold desserts – the bottom made of ground cookies with butter. A creamy mass is poured on biscuits made of vanilla pudding mixed with kajmak. This combination gives a sweet dairy Note. The whole is crowned topping, prepared from nut-chocolate creamadditionally connected with crunchy nuts.
Nutelka is one of the simpler ones desserts without baking – It arises quickly, looks appetizing and disappears from the plates in a blink.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of chocolate biscuits.
Cream:
- 1 can of fudge mass (kajmaku),
- 200 g of butter,
- 300 ml of milk,
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding without sugar.
Icing:
- 100 g of powdered sugar,
- 80 g of Nutella chocolate cream,
- 40 g kakao,
- 60 ml of milk,
- 80 g of hazelnuts.
Method of performance:
Prepare the cream. Boil 200 ml of milk and dissolve the pudding powder in the others. Connect the whole in a saucepan and mix on low heat until the pudding becomes thick. Then set aside from the heat and put in a bowl. Cover with cling film so that it touches the top. Mix from time to time. Set aside to cool.
Beat the butter at room temperature to a fluffy mass. Add portions of kajmak, continue mixing. Finally, add the cooled pudding. Mix to combine the ingredients.
Place the chocolate biscuits on the bottom of the cake tin about 28 cm. Transfer half the cream. Cover with biscuits again, spread the cream and the last portion of biscuits. Put the whole in the fridge to cool for a few hours.
Make a coating with nuts now. Mix powdered sugar, cocoa and milk first. Add Nutella chocolate cream and nuts. Mix everything. Pour the nutelka on top of the dough and put in the fridge again.
