Cases of shooting and beating deaths, bars and confusion assaults up to a day of game between small clubs lit alert in police authorities to escape violence between organized fans in Rio de Janeiro.
Two deaths occurred in space of three days, and one organized Flamengo was prohibited from entering the stadiums for acts that occurred on the day he celebrated the return of a punishment.
The Military Police say they will apply special policing scheme for the classic between Flamengo and Vasco, next Sunday (21), in Maracanã.
São Cristóvão and Bonsucesso played on the afternoon of last Sunday (14), at the Stadium of São Cristóvão, for the third division of the Carioca Championship. On the same afternoon, 16 km from the place of the match, Matheus Casemiro dos Santos was killed after being assaulted with punches, kicks and parades. He was a member of the youthful crowd.
The pottery was not involved in the match, but the club’s small organized fans are allied with Bonsucesso. Cheerleaders of Pottery and Bonsucesso, in turn, are rivals of the São Cristóvão organized. Hence the fight, which occurred on the outskirts of the Nilton Santos stadium, where there was not even a game.
Death is investigated by DHC (Homicide Police Station).
St. Christopher said he has no bond with organized and “does not condocate, nor tolera, any act of violence between fans.” Bonsucesso and Pottery also published notes of repudiation.
Two days before the death of Matheus Casemiro, a Vasco fan, Rodrigo José Santana, died shot in the head during a fight between organized who ended with shots. Another man was injured. The fight took place in Oswaldo Cruz, 7 km from Nilton Santos stadium, where the classic between Botafogo and Vasco took place.
Organized from Vasco and Botafogo have a friendly relationship, and Vasco’s young force, the club’s main crowd, attributes the attack to an organized Flamengo. It is the same line investigated by the police.
“We emphasized that there was not even a game of them on the day, and yet armed, ready to kill, criminal and premeditated,” said Vasco’s young force on social networks.
Flamengo’s young fans, one of the oldest club in the red-black club, was prohibited from attending sporting events for the next two years, in a decision on Tuesday (16) of the Special Court of the fan and the major events, the Rio de Janeiro Court.
In a note published on social networks, the young woman said “the importance that sporting events are safe”, but said “the suspension penalizes a collective of thousands of fans who work responsibly.” He also said he will appeal.
The removal was a request from the Rio de Janeiro Prosecutor’s Office, which understood that there was a series of crimes committed on August 31, a date that marked the return of the young woman to the stadiums.
The young woman has accumulated suspensions since 2015 – the latter had been in 2021. A TAC (Conduct Adjustment Term) signed this year between the organized board and the prosecutor released the return by rules.
On the afternoon of the return to Maracanã, according to Military Police reports, members with the fans uniform jumped the train roller stations and walked the railway. In Niterói and Cidade de Deus, alleged members of the young woman traveled on the bus ceiling, on the so -called “Road Surfing”.
Videos attached to a lawsuit at the Court of Justice show police reports.
In the evening, members with the shirt of Flamengo’s young woman assaulted Vasco fans who saw television in a Copacabana bar. One of the perpetrators of the aggression hurled chairs and tables in a man.
“Violence is no longer restricted to stadiums, having spread to distant neighborhoods of the places of the matches, such as Copacabana, where the aggression to fans occurred inside a bar,” wrote Judge Renata Guarino Martins, in the decision that no longer approves the TAC between the young woman from Flamengo and the prosecutor.
“It remains evidenced that the taxpayer, by paying his taxes, ends up being burdened, as the Military Police have been increasingly triggered to contain the often criminal conduct practiced by members of organized fans, who is forced to displace his staff to contain this type of disorder on football days.”
Alleged messages attributed to Vasco fans nuclei were fired on social networks on Tuesday. The texts speak in reprisal to those who circulate with Flamengo fans and accessories in neighborhoods in the North Zone and cities of Baixada. The case is investigated.
