This is one of my favorite, extremely simple recipes for dinner. This chicken in a stew It is insanely delicious, filling and creamy, like from a good restaurant, and its preparation really does not require too much work.
- 1 double chicken breast fillet,
- 300 g mushrooms,
- 1 onion,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 250 ml of poultry broth,
- 150 ml of sweet cream (18%),
- a pinch of nutmeg,
- 1 teaspoon thyme,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- 2 tablespoons of clarified butter,
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour,
- 100 g sera cheddar.
Wash the chicken fillet. Remove membranes and cartilage. Cut the meat into small pieces.
Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Coat in flour.
Cut the onion finely. Chop garlic. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. Grate the cheese on large grater mesh.
Heat a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Fry chicken pieces on it. Remove from the pan.
Add the rest of the butter to the pan. Fry the onion on it. After a few minutes, add garlic and mushrooms. Fry until excess water evaporates from mushrooms and begins to blush. Season the mushrooms with a little salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour the broth and cream into the pan. Cook for a few minutes. Season with salt, pepper and thyme.
Transfer the chicken into an ovenproof dish (or several smaller dishes to immediately divide the dish into portions) and pour the sauce. CHEDDARD.
Put the heat -resistant dish in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve the chicken stew with loose rice cooked. Decorate before administration as desired.
