To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 250 g of pasta, e.g. bows,
  • 300 g mushrooms,
  • 1 onion,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • 150 ml of sweet cream (18 %),
  • 3 eggs,
  • 150 g of mozzarella (hard),
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg,
  • 1 teaspoon of Provencal herbs,
  • salt, pepper (to taste),
  • clarified butter (for frying).

You can also serve such a casserole as Chicken breast additionthe dish will be even more filling and valuable.

Cook Al Dente’s pasta in lightly salted water. Strain.

Cut the mushrooms into slices. Chop the onion and garlic. Remove the peduncles from tomatoes. Cut the pulp into slices. Grate the mozzarella on the medium grater.

Fry the onion in butter. Add mushrooms to the pan. Fry to evaporate water. At the end of frying, add garlic to the pan. Season the mushrooms with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Mix the cream with yolks and half mozzarella in a bowl. Proteins beat to the foam and mix gently into the cream. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Mix pasta with a pan content. Transfer to a slightly greased heat -resistant dish. Place the slices of tomatoes on pasta with mushrooms and sprinkle them with Provencal herbs. You can also salt slightly. Pour the cream sauce on the tomatoes. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

Put the casserole in the oven preheated to 180 ° C. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes.
