A pilot who regularly carried a pair who led a mega money laundering scheme that he attended to the Federal Police stated that the president of, is among the real owners of four of the ten executive jets operated by an air taxi company.
In an exclusive interview with ICL Notícias, Mauro Caputti Mattosinho, 38, said Rueda was quoted by her boss as the leader of a group that “had a lot of money she needed to spend” in the purchase of aircraft, valued in millions of dollars.
“There was a climate of growth boom in the company. And this was justified as a very strong group, headed by Rueda, who came with a lot of money he needed to spend. So, the acquisition of several aircraft was funded,” says Mattosinho in the record -recorded interview.
Rueda denies she owns the aircraft and, in a statement, states that “he vehemently repudiates any attempt to link his name to people investigated or involved in the practice of any illicit.”
The president of União Brasil says that “he has already flew at private aircraft on fighters him or as a guest”, but “never participated in the purchase of aircraft”. And that usually makes its travels “on commercial flights”.
Trip to Uruguay
Mattosinho entered the TAP (Piracicaba Air Taxi) in 2023 and left two weeks ago after transporting relatives from Uruguay on the eve of PF, Revenue and the Public Prosecutor of SP, held at the end of August.

ICL News and UOL have found that two aircraft attributed by Mattosinho Reda belong to investment funds that have only one final controller whose name is not disclosed in public documents.
A third aircraft is on behalf of a company registered on the outskirts of Imperatriz (MA). In an interview, the company’s only partner said he was unaware of the firm and the aircraft.
In the video interview, Mauro Mattosinho reaffirmed that he had carried a cardboard bag that appeared to contain cash, on the same date as Beto Louco mentioned other passengers that he would have a meeting with Senator (PI), national president, as revealed on the 1st of this month.

TAP operated five aircraft in 2023 and this year operated ten, according to Mattosinho.
In a statement, the company reported “unaware of any statement assigned to an employee about aircraft acquisition” and acting “in compliance with the law.” The company states that “he was unaware of the involvement of investigated in Operation Hidden Carbon until its outbreak.”

Aircraft on behalf of third parties

Speaking on behalf of the partners, Vieira Rocha denied that Rueda has participation in the aircraft or traveled in her.
“Antonio Rueda is not the owner of the aircraft and not partner of any of the three partner companies of the aircraft,” wrote Vieira Rocha.
According to official records, the jet was purchased by Phoenix for US $ 2.3 million (R $ 13 million) on October 2, 2024. The transaction was made with RZK Empreendimentos Real Estate, which had purchased the aircraft in 2014.
RZK belongs to José Ricardo Rezek, who is a donor of União Brasil, among other parties, and close to Antonio Rueda. Rezek was on the guest list of the subtitle president this year.
By note, the company said it did not sell aircraft to Rueda. “He never acted as an intermediary in any purchase and sale and much less participated in the negotiations. The cited aircraft was regularly sold to Phoenix Participações Ltda., In accordance with legal rules,” he said.
The other three bimotor jets that, according to the pilot, would have been purchased with Rueda’s participation are: a Gulfstream G200, registration PS-MRL; a citation Excel, PR-LPG registration; and a citation 2, PT-FTC registration.
Gulfstream G200 and Citation Excel belong to companies controlled by Bariloche Participações S/A, a company with a capital of R $ 110 million and controlled by investment funds managed by the genius bank.
A single quotaholder of the Vienna Multimard Investment Fund owns Bariloche’s heritage, according to the Real Estate Values Commission (CVM). Your identity is not disclosed in public documents.

The ADSB Exchange Global Flight Monitoring website shows that Gulfstream traveled on July 31 from the Mykonos region. Rueda’s birthday was celebrated on August 4 on the island.

According to MP-SP, Peres would also be the controller of Altinvest Management and administration of third party resources, also the target of the operation.
The fund manager appears as a Capri Fund administrator in a 2024 financial statement report, registered with the Securities Commission (CVM), with the name Ruby Capital Management and administration of third party resources.
The report found, however, that the CNPJ registered in the document with this name is the same as Altinvest.
Mattosinho states that Ruby’s name was quoted by Epaminondas Madeira and a TAP lawyer, during a dialogue they kept when the pilot resigned.
According to the pilot, Epaminondas’s lawyer stated that the “Ruby was intact”, wanting to say that the fund had not been identified by PF and MP-SP operations, which revealed not true as Altinvest was the target of Operation Hidden Carbon.
