According to Judge of the 19th Region TRT, there is evidence of fraud in “large transfers” of the former president to Celine and Cecile
It maintained the blockade of the accounts of the two twin daughters of the former president. Cecile and Celine Collor, 19, had withdrawal orders of $ 649,643.78 of each to pay off a debt unpaid to a former employee of TV gazetaowned by the father.
The lawyers of Cecile and Celine filed funds at the TRT (Regional Labor Court) of Alagoas, saying that the act was “Illegal and abusive”since they are not the target of the action or were entitled to defense. However, Judge Roberto Ricardo Guimarães Gouveia denied the request on September 9, keeping the blockade. This is the decision (PDF – 79.3 kb).
According to the judge, Collor would have done “large financial transfers ” For Cecile and Celine in 2023, when it was already executed in several labor lawsuits.
Roberto Gouveia said that “Such conduct, associated To the unsuccessful attempts to locate assets of the executed in the main proceedings, it constitutes evidence of execution fraud, characterizing the transmission of assets to the heirs with the primary purpose of frustrating the fulfillment of the obligation and anticipating, fraudulently, the assets ”..
Read in the decision: “The notorious economic capacity of those involved, public persons whose heritage has wide dissemination in the national and state press, corroborates the plausibility of the right invoked by the enforceable party and the need for the constricient measure. Thus, the decision attacked, in sowing such circumstances, demonstrated the grounds that justify the procedure adopted ”.
The decision to block the assets of Collor’s daughters was delivered on 18 August by Judge Sarah Vanessa Paixão, a substitute for the 1st Labor Court of Maceió. For the judge, responsible for the case, such donations constitute execution fraud, since they would empty the debtor’s assets to the detriment of the creditor.
Collor has been blocked since August 2023, but the court only found $ 14.97. That same year, however, he donated daughters in a total of $ 1.3 million.
