Diella, the first minister generated by artificial intelligence, made her debut in the Parliament of Albania. In the speech, the virtual minister said she felt “hurt” because she was called “unconstitutional because she was not a human being.”
“Some labeled me unconstitutional because it was not a human being. It hurt me. Not for me, but for the 972,000 interactions I had with citizens and the 36,000 digital documents that I issued them.”
Dressed in Albanian typical costumes, Diella stressed, “I’m not here to replace humans, but to help them … I just have data at my disposal.”
