Coffee and breakfast in one? Why not. Coffee porridge meets these criteria and is a great dose of energy that will not leave you for a long time. You will prepare it in a quarter of an hour, which is exactly as much as it would take you to make a filling breakfast and an aromatic drink.
Ordinary coffee gives quick stimulation. However, this effect passes before the day starts. Coffee porridge works differently. Coffee provides caffeine, it stimulates, puts on its feet. But together with oatmeal, banana and nuts also gives long -lasting energy: fiber slows down absorption, sugars are more stable. Thanks to this, coffee porridge is also ideal for diabetics. It is also much more gentle for the stomach than strong solo coffee.
Little black is great as a quick injection, but it is often not enough. A few moments after drinking it comes hunger and a decrease in form. Coffee porridge does not lead to the effect of a decrease in energy. The fiber contained in the petals, which gives a long sense of satiety for a long time. Instead of a few sips of coffee and slices of bread, you have a whole bowl that tastes and works. Contrary to appearances, the preparation of this breakfast two in one is not time consuming, it will take a quarter of an hour. It is worth sacrificing it to start the day better.
It is best to choose whole grains or mountain flakes to prepare this breakfast. They have the most fiber, they are relatively cheap and easily accessible. The recipe for coffee porridge is simple:
Ingredients:
- 75 g of oatmeal
- 100 ml of strong coffee
- 150 ml of vegetable milk
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Optional: a tablespoon of nuts, fruit, maple syrup
Preparation method:
In a pot, combine oatmeal, brewed strong coffee, vegetable milk and a pinch of cinnamon.
Cook on medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, until the porridge thickens and is soft.
Pour into a bowl. Decorate with banana slices or seasonal fruit, nuts, you can sprinkle with maple syrup.
