Do you want to eat a specific, filling dish, but you don’t feel like a classic dinner? Prepare a crunchy, juicy chicken cutlet And add it to the salad! If it also contains full valuable nutrients Eggs or avocadothanks to which you will eat healthy. Salad with crunchy chicken It tastes best served immediately. But you can also take her to work. Then at the last minute add lettuce and combine the ingredients with the sauce.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 1 chicken breast fillet (200-300 g),
- 3 eggs,
- 1 avocado,
- 1 tomato,
- 1 red onion,
- 100 g of salad mix,
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 1½ tablespoons of lemon juice,
- ½ teaspoon honey,
- ½ tablespoons of mustard,
- ½ teaspoon chicken spices,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- flour, breadcrumbs (on breading),
- vegetable oil (for frying).
You can serve the finished salad with a baguette.
Rinse and clean the chicken fillet. Cross -section in half and gently break with a pestle through the cling film. Sprinkle with chicken spice. Coat in flour, one of the eggs (broken) and breadcrumbs. Fry in oil in golden color (about 2 minutes on each side). Put on a paper towel so that it absorbs excess fat. When the meat cools down, cut it into strips.
Cook the remaining 2 hard -boiled eggs (8 minutes from the moment you get water). After cooking, cool with cold water, peel off the shells and cut into eights.
Peel avocados and onions. Remove the peduncle from the tomato. Cut the avocado and tomato into semi -slices. Cut the onion into feathers.
Apply lettuce to the bowl. Put all the other ingredients and mix gently.
In a separate dish, combine olive oil, lemon juice, honey and mustard. Mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce with a salad. Serve right away.
