Aronia cheesecake is characterized by a strong, expressive taste. Slightly tart and sour fruit blend in perfectly with the sweet cheesecake mass. The dessert crowns a pleasantly crunchy bottom of biscuits. You will prepare the cheesecake very quickly and without baking – it will be the perfect way to cool down during warmer days. You can also successfully add other seasonal fruits to it – raspberries, blueberries or berries.

Bottom:
- 300 g biscuits,

- 500 g of full -fat cottage cheese,
- 300 ml cream of cream 36%,
- 100 g of powdered sugar,
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Method of performance:
3 days before starting to prepare the dough, put the chokeberry in the freezer. This will reduce the acidity and natural bitterness of the fruit. Take them out 3 hours before preparing the cheesecake and thaw.
Prepare the bottom. Melt the butter and cool. Mix biscuits in a kitchen work for small crumbs. Add melted butter and mix the whole until the consistency of moist sand. Make the bottom of the bottom and sides of the 20×30 cm baking form. Put the whole in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the cheesecake layer. Cover the cheese in a bowl to relax the mass. Add sugar, vanilla and cream. Beat the whole with an electric mixer until the whole is creamy and almost stiff.
Put the mass on the cold bottom And level everything with a spoon or spatula. On top Spread the chokeberry fruit evenly.
Put the cheesecake with chokeberry in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Serve the cold dessert. Store it in the fridge and use it within 4 days.
