Will Mudryk go to athletics?
Mudryk is known for his speed on the pitch – he was pointed out as one of Premier League’s fastest players, reaching peaks of over 36 km/h.
So far, there are no official confirmations that Mudryk actually exchanged football for athletics. Neither Chelsea nor the Ukrainian Federation or sports authorities linked to athletics have commented on the matter.
What is concretely known is that the player faces extra -field problems: he was provisionally suspended by a positive test for Meldonium, a substance forbidden by the World Anti -doping agency, and could take up to four years of hook.
In this scenario, the possibility of a change of course to athletics arises more as speculation than as a confirmed plan.
