In the action, revealed by Paulinho’s party, says that the removal of the Supreme Minister cannot “result from contradiction of fleeting political majorities”.
“Only the Attorney General holds legitimacy to offer a complaint in impeachment process against the Federal Supreme Court minister, by office, or from notitia criminis of any citizen,” the party argues.
Solidarity ended up including another point in the same action, which made the case directed to Gilmar’s office.
