Favorite in the Czech Republic, forbidden in Switzerland

In Switzerland it is an invasive species
Since September 1, 2024 in Switzerland the ban on import, sales and donation of Bobkovišní is banned. People no longer buy it there anymore. Who has it in the garden does not have to liquidate it, but is obliged to keep an eye on it.
The reason is clear. Bobekšeň is considered an invasive species. It quickly occupies the edges of forests, shrubs and free areas and push out the original plants. This threatens biodiversity, ie the variety of nature, and the Swiss do not want to like it.
