The left-back Alex Telles is not on the field for Botafogo this Saturday (09/20)at 6.30 pm (Brasília), against Atletico-MG, at Nilton Santos Stadium. The player has muscle pain and was spared the confrontation by coach Davide Ancelotti.
To supply his absence, Marçal enters the starting lineup. The change adds to Newton’s, who replaces Danilo, also injured.
The club did not disclose details about the problem with Alex Telles nor forecast of recovery of the side. Danilo suffered a left thigh injury and will be around six weeks off the fields.
Glorious goes to the field with: Leo Linck; Vitinho, Kaio Pantaleão, Alexander Barboza and Marçal; Newton, Marlon Freitas and Savarino; Santi Rodríguez, Chris Ramos and Álvaro Montoro.
The side joins other important embezzlement of the club, such as Danilo (left thigh injury), grandson (total rupture of the right thigh femoral rectum), Bastos (recovery of left knee surgery), Arthur (lesion in the right calf), Nathan Fernandes (right forearm fracture) and Arthur Cabral (bone edema). Jordan Barrera, summoned for Colombia’s under-20 national team, is not available either.
