“If I came to veto, it may be sure I would vece,” he said.
The speech occurs amid the articulation of Bolsonaro’s allies to vote the urgent regime of the proposal in the House, under the command of the president of the House, Hugo Motta (Republicans-PB).

The text was approved with votes from the PT bench. The Centrão expedient was approved by 314 votes, only 6 more than the minimum necessary for amendment to the Constitution.
