On Sunday, instead of a traditional cutlet, I will serve the family pasta with oyster mushrooms – it is incredibly delicious, creamy and filling. The addition of Parmesan cheese makes this taste unacceptable. If you don’t have oyster mushrooms, you can use, for example, mushrooms.
- 250 g Makaronu Spaghetti Lub Penne,
- 450 g of oyster mushrooms,
- 3 tablespoons of butter,
- 3 cloves of garlic,
- 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese,
- 50 ml cream of cream 36%,
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper.
Cook al dente in salted water, according to the instructions on the packaging. Straining, leave half a glass of water from cooking pasta. Do not pour the pasta with water.
Clean the oyster mushrooms and cut into thin strips.
Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan. Add oyster mushrooms with one layer and fry until golden. Put them on a plate and repeat with the other mushrooms until they are very fried. Add another tablespoon of butter before each batch. Then put all the mushrooms back to the pan.
Add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Fry the whole for 1-2 minutes.
Add cream and water from cooking pasta. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Add pasta, mix and fry the whole together for about 2-3 minutes.
Serve the pasta with oyster mushrooms, immediately after preparation. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
Store the remains in the fridge, in a tight container. Heat in a pan.
