Zé Delivery, Ambev () delivery application (), launches this Sunday (21) a type of drink delivery within 15 minutes. Baptized “Turbo Mode”, the option seeks to meet the demand for more convenience of customers and increase the frequency of purchases.
To fund the operation, Zé Delivery charges an additional $ 3.99 for each order in the fastest delivery mode. If the order takes more than 15 minutes to arrive, the customer automatically receives a coupon at the same value by the application. Beers, wines, distillates, snacks and chocolates are among the products sent by the fastest option.
“Our goal is to increase the frequency of requests and reinforce the consumer’s habit of ordering at Zé Delivery on the main consumer occasions,” explains Zé Delivery vice president Fernando Mazzarolo. “We have already observed that when the delivery time drops, satisfaction increases and also repurchase it.”

In a similar movement, o. Competitors like Daki and Rappi, in the supermarket segment, also offer alternatives of greater convenience.
According to Mazzarolo, however, the movement was “less a reaction to competition and more about the evolution of our service.” The modality also seeks to take advantage of the capillarity and density of the company’s partnership points – much enhanced by Ambev.
The technology behind rapid delivery uses a trained algorithm to script options for closer suppliers and more efficient routes. The delivery mode is available for all capitals in Brazil. The application today serves 20 million people.
