Zucchini is a low -calorie, easily digestible and filling vegetable. In addition, it is very universal, it works for many hot dishes, for example casseroles, soups or pies. You can also surprise your loved ones by serving them for a slight dinner. Such a proposal will appeal to people on a vegetarian diet.
To prepare zucchini chops, you will need:
- 1 average zucchini,
- 1 onion,
- 2 eggs,
- 150 g mozzarelli,
- 70 g Parmesan cheese,
- 40 g of wheat flour,
- Frying oil,
- a bit of hot pepper,
- A bit of turmeric,
- a little curry,
- Salt and pepper.
Additions:
- 2-3 tomatoes,
- 1 average zucchini,
- a few branches of dill,
- 1 tablespoon of oil,
- Salt and pepper.
You can serve ready -made chops with sauce, for example herbal-yogurt or tomato.
Cut the tomatoes into slices. Wash one zucchini, dry, divide into slices. Brush it gently with oil on each side, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill on two sides until it gets soft. Knead dill in your hand.
Now make pies. Grate the mozzarella on a grater. Do the same with Parmesan cheese. Grate the zucchini on a grater with thick mesh, put it to a strainer and squeeze out excess water well. Chop the onion into small cubes.
Pick up the eggs into the bowl and beat for a while. Add spices: hot peppers, turmeric and curry. Pour chopped onion, impressed zucchini, grated mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and flour into the mass. Mix thoroughly. If the mass is too rare, add a little more flour.
Fry small pancakes in hot oil, forming them with spoons. Fry half the thicker (on the bottom) and half the thinner (on top). Fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain with excess fat on a paper towel.
Put a thicker zucchini cake on a plate. Place a slice of tomato on it, grilled zucchini, dill branch and cover with a second thinner cake.
