The Federal Police arrested, this Sunday (21), an application driver, convicted of the crime of rape of vulnerable. The case was registered in Campinas, a city in the interior of São Paulo.
According to the PF, the man was located practicing sports in the region of Lagoa do Taquaral, and upon seeing the police tried to undertake escape, offering resistance to prison.
The agents also reported that, given the situation, it was necessary to use containment techniques to ensure the safety of police action.
The warrant dand prison was issued by the 4th Criminal Court of the Campinas Districtand the convicted was sent to the prison system to serve the sentence.
