Former presenter Adriana Kneissl (49) She has been living with her husband Christian in a picturesque mansion in Austria for several years. Nevertheless, she remains in contact with her fans and recently told them with pleasure that her new book called I will teach you to bake you.
Kneissl has introduced her new work in several Slovak cities these days. She was waiting for her long hours in the car, discussions with readers and constantly signing books. Upon arriving home, she only thought of one.
“So that it is not enough, please nice, is 21:30. Just an hour to inspire me this young man,” She said on Wednesday at her Instagram in the video, which you can find at the beginning of the article. She showed her finger on the poster of Arnold Schwarzenegger in his best form.
Despite the demanding work program, she tried to keep her aim to pass at least 10,000 steps a day. “I’m going to step and actually inspire me, because I want to show you that it can be done at any time. I slept lately for 5 hours, 7 hours behind the wheel, 4 hours of signing,” described her days.
She then tried to motivate fans. “I’m tired, but I’m going. I go through and go stepping because I want it, it doesn’t make me a problem to see that you can, because you either have results or excuses. You can’t have both of them and I’m not saying it, but this young man again,” She explained again to the Schwarzenegger poster.
Finally, she also informed them about the outcome of the training. “Today it was a weakness, but after 7 hours in the car I’m glad at least like this,” evaluated.
