At the center of a dispute with the mayor of, (), Sustenidos, a social organization that manages the municipal theater, says evaluating administrative and judicial measures to maintain the contract with cultural equipment.
Using as an argument the entity’s refusal to dismiss an employee who shared a post that said no one should cry for the murder of tricky influencer Charlie Kirk and called him Nazi.
In a statement, Sustenidos says it disagrees with the employee’s demonstration and opened a procedure against him in the organization’s ethics and conduct committee, after hiring an opinion from a law firm.
“Despite our total disagreement with the content of the post, it is important to emphasize that the employee did not share posting on behalf of Sustenidos or Theater, nor would he have prerogative to do so, since he does not occupy the position of direction and is not a spokesman for the entity,” says the entity.
Another reason alleged to break the contract is a procedure opened by the Municipal Court of Auditors about a bidding.
Shausty says, however, that the questioning is directed to City Hall by an organization that has lost competition to manage the theater. “There is no question about the smoothness of Sustenidos management,” he says.
Sustenides also cites a series of actions that took the administration of the Theater and says that “the proposal to interrupt the management contract, less than a year of its termination, does not match the significant results presented and is justified from the point of view of the economy of public resources”.

“We will follow with serenity the unfolding of the facts, in the expectation that prevails common sense and especially the public interest, without renouncing the administrative and judicial measures that may be necessary,” says the entity.
