When a friend told me about this recipe, the name itself amazed me. Soon it turned out that Mother -in -law rematch This is one of the best cakes I have tried. Pistachio delight, I would describe them so short. And my mother -in -law tasted a lot.
Ingredients for almond cake:
- 3 eggs + 3 egg proteins,
- 75 g cukru,
- 40 g of wheat flour,
- 75 g of ground almonds,
- 15 g of liquid butter.
Ingredients for chocolate-stories:
- 200 g of dark chocolate,
- 200 g of pistachio paste,
- 240 ml of milk,
- 220 ml of cream (36%),
- 100 g of butter.
Ingredients for chocolate coating:
- 200 g of dark chocolate,
- 2 tablespoons of butter,
- 1 tablespoon of sugar,
- 80 ml of cream (36%),
- 50 g of peeled and chopped pistachios.
Heat eggs (including egg protein) to room temperature. Separate the protein from the yolks.
Beat the foam of 3 proteins. When whipping, gradually add sugar. When the foam stands stiff and shiny, add to it – whipping all the time – one yolk.
Sift flour to the egg mass. Add ground almonds and butter. Mix the whole with a spatula.
In a separate dish, beat the foam from other proteins. Stir it (spatula) gently into the dough.
Pour the dough into a 25×40 cm form lined with baking paper. Align.
Insert in the oven preheated to 220ºC. Bake for about 6-7 minutes-to a dry stick. Take the baked dough out of the oven and set aside to cool.
Crush the chocolate chocolate for chocolate and polar. ROztop and mix with pistachio pistonia. Combine with milk and cream. Bring the whole to almost a boil. Add diced butter and mix to combine the ingredients. Wait until the mass cools and thickens.
Transfer the chocolate-studio mass of the biscuit countertops. Spread the cream on the top layer of the dough. Put in the fridge for at least an hour.
Melt crushed chocolate in a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients intended for topping and mix to a homogeneous mass. Set aside to cool. When the topping begins to thicken, spread it on the dough and sprinkle with chopped pistachios. Put the dough again for an hour in the fridge.
