Supertajfun is heading for Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong are also at risk

The Philippines are preparing to strike the Supertajfun Ragas, who has already forced the abolition of teaching and work in Manila and dozens of provinces and the evacuation of hundreds of people. The typhoon is heading to the north of the country and, after crossing the Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong are also threatened.

Although the typhoon does not directly intervene by Taiwan, its edge is expected to bring tidal rain to a sparsely populated east coast of this island. The authorities have preventively canceled flights to the local cities, including Taij-Tung and Chua-Liene.

It is believed that the typhoon will then hit Hong Kong. The authorities of this Chinese autonomous area called on residents to prepare for the arrival of one of the strongest typhoons in recent years, and according to Bloomberg, they are also considering closing the airport for 36 hours.

The Philippines hit an average of 20 strong storms and typhoons every year. Scientists warn that they are getting more devastating due to warming.
