The Constitutional Court is currently examining whether the question of the referendum in Carinthia was irrelevant and tendentious. Now the state of Carinthia has given its opinion

Should there be more wind turbines on Carinthian mountains and alpine pastures? In a – possibly illegal – referendum, the Carinthians said “no”.
“Should the establishment of further wind turbines be banned on mountains and alpine pastures in Carinthia to protect the Carinthian nature (including the landscape)?” The Carinthians received this question as part of a referendum in January. But was it “factual and clear” as the law demands? The constitutional court is currently checking this – it has considerable doubts. And the Carinthian state government should not be able to dispel these concerns either – in her statement to the Supreme Court, it has not raised any new arguments.
