The prosecutor of the District Prosecutor’s Office Trnava Monika Brodanská read the assessment of the convicted person’s behavior in prison. The prosecutor also read the documents that show that the Restart Life Association has not given any other proposal to the conditional release of convicts from prison. According to lawyer Diana Messingerová, the civic association surrounded itself with knowledgeable people from clinical psychology, including a person who has actually placed a life sentenced to society in the past. She also described the resocialization plan in detail.
Last year, Černák asked to decide on the proposal for conditional release so that it is also his personal proposal. He re -regretted the deeds.
