The (Attorney General’s Office) denounced the former mayor of (RS) (RS) (PL) on the charges that the politician publicly incited the crime of homicide against the Minister of (Supreme Court).
The accusation was presented on Monday (22) to the Supreme, and Moraes ordered on Tuesday (23) the subpoena of the former mayor to present a prior defense.
Feltrin participated in a live broadcast on social networks in July 2024 when he suggested that Moraes should be. The politician gave the statement alongside former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
“The tribute here to him I will show what it is, Vitorino. Just put him here in the guillotine, O. Here the tribute to him,” says Feltrin in the video.
The former mayor gave the statement while moving in a bellinda-ancient instrument of torture used in the medieval period that consisted of leaving a person crouching with his neck and arms arrested.
“The discourse, in addition to trivializing the commitment of crimes against ministers of the Federal Supreme Court, publicly and explicitly encourages the crime of homicide against Minister Alexandre de Moraes, advusing as a ‘tribute’ to the magistrate the use of an instrument used to decapitate people,” said Attorney Paulo Gonet in the complaint.
The crime of incitement to the crime is a penalty of three to six months of detention. The accused may negotiate a non -criminal agreement with the PGR, confessing the crime and getting rid of possible conviction.
