Credit card you don't know!

In response to the growing interest in credit cards and the needs of various customer groups – he modernized the appearance of his cards. Thanks to the introduced changes, everyone, including poorly seeing and blind people, can fully use the potential that credit cards give.

Poles choose cards

Traveling with a credit card is a great convenience. It can be used to pay accommodation, meals, admission tickets to touristy places or public transport. It is easier to manage expenses with a credit card. In turn, the lack of need to wear cash is a lower risk of losing it, which further increases our safety. This aspect for nearly 34 percent respondents are the largest. Another is the fact that you do not need to have funds on your personal account to make transactions. The barometer shows that about 12 percent respondents are appreciated by an additional limit of funds, and every seventh respondent also values the possibility of postponing payments.

New quality

Now Provident customers receive blue or green card. The refreshed graphics refer to the colorful theme of the brand. At the same time, this color distinction indicates credit cards sold in various channels:

  • digital (Blue PROVI card SM@RT Digital, APRC 81.16%) – the customer applies for an online card, whose sale and conclusion of the contract take place via remote channels, i.e. via the website,
  • agent (Green Provi Smart Agent card, APRC 81.16%) – the customer applies for a card during direct contact with e.g. a company advisor who helps in the process of applying and concluding the contract.

The cards have gained a vertical system and the data was transferred to the card reverse. The place for the signature also disappeared. In addition, a new solution appears that will facilitate the use of payment cards for poorly seeing and blind people. It is a special indentation on the short side of the payment card, the so -called Blind Notch. Thanks to it, you can identify the card orientation and place it correctly in the opening of an ATM or terminal. It is also easy to distinguish it from other cards.
