Kellermayr case: procedure set in Germany

Wels/Munich – According to the legally binding acquittal of a German from the accusation of the dangerous threat of suicide in the case of the doctor Lisa Maria Kellermayr, the Munich General Prosecutor’s Office also hired the proceedings against him. The German investigative authorities justify this with the fact that the man who wanted to put the doctor in front of a “folk tribunal” had only threatened with a procedure “before future, then lawful courts”.
