Róbert Puci, head of the coalition parliamentary club, refuses to vote on the government’s amendment of the Constitution due to the absence of MP Ján Blcháč (Voice-SD). This was stated by journalists in the National Council (NR) SR. He denied the claims of Deputy Igor Matovič (Slovakia, for people, Ú), who said that the transfer was due to the non -participation of a flea.
Puci pointed out that 90 votes needed to approve the change of the Constitution and so much coalition is neither without, nor with a flea. “In addition, he was also properly and legitimately justified from the day, from the whole meeting,” he added, adding that everyone knew about it.
The leader of the opposition PS Michal Šimečka stated in response to the transfer that Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) is falling apart under the hands of the “dam against progressiveism” as well as the government. He pointed out that he was pushing the amendment to the Constitution for months. He criticized him for not even getting coalition deputies for a meeting. “They saw that it would end with a loss, so they want to buy time to break some deputies by tomorrow,” He told reporters.
According to Jana Bitó Cigániková (SaS), the transfer is a loss of the coalition. “Even in such an important constitutional law for them, which have been trying to smooth the cases of coalitions, price increases and things that really concern people, were unable to collect them enough to vote, ” She noted.
She described the coalition as weak. Thinks the opposition manages to hold enough numbers to The amendment to the Constitution did not passdespite the fact that they are trying to break it. He believes that the adjustment will not pass on Friday (26 9th).
Parliament President Richard Raši (Voice-SD) announced on Thursday that Parliament will not vote on the government amendment of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic on Friday at 11.00. Originally it was to be voted on Thursday evening. The transfer of Raši justified this by the fact that several speakers are registered to the debate to the third reading.
